Intralot Gaming Services (IGS) will utilise various channels for establishing and facilitating the direct and efficient communication with Venue Operators, as follows:
  • Help Desk: primary point of contact
  • Awareness events/meetings for Gaming Venue Operators
  • Website: for transition progress updates, news, and other specialised information e.g. manuals, etc.
  • Email: regular newsletters and updates may be distributed for sharing important information
  • Mail: written form may also be used to support the email communication
  • Training: Important information can also be conveyed “face-to-face” during the training sessions
